MS Outlook Express
Restrict attachments, change when Outlook checks for messages, plays sounds when a new message arrives, automatically log into MSN Instant Messenger, send and receive messages at startup, set your default mail handler, and more. Here's how: ope Outlook Express click on "Tools/Options". Go the the "General" tab, change the desired options, "Apply" and "OK".
To allow attachments in Outlook Express, click on Tools/options/security tab. Uncheck “Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.”
