Rhubarb Cake

Sounds icky; but, it's really very good!
 

Ingredients:
¾ cup butter
1 egg
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ¼ tsp. baking soda
2 cups and 2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups diced rhubarb

Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butte

Directions:
Cream the first 3 ingredients together using a mixer. Add the next five items and mix. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Mix topping ingredients and crumble atop batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
