Ingredients:
1 cup pitted Nicoise black olives
1 oz. anchovy fillet in oil
1-2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. capers, drained and
rinsed
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food
processor and pulse 3-4 times so puree is coarse. Serve with sliced
baguettes or crackers.
